On the first meeting*I would like to talk with you about your expectations and goals. I will ask about your everyday habits, preferred exercises and activities as well as your favorite foods. Next, we will establish goals and priorities and finally analyze your diet. We will determine the percentage of fat in your body, your metabolic age, muscle mass, hydration level and caloric needs.
After that there’s nothing left to do but train!
*The first meeting is not binding as it is a chance for us to get to know each other. A successful cooperation is based upon mutual trust. I will do my best to create for you a friendly atmosphere and in return, you will promise me to keep to what we have agreed on.
